CarePortal

CarePortal connects the local church with children and families who are in desperate need of help and hope. They have created an online platform where the needs of children and families in crisis are immediately sent out to churches in their area who can respond to the need and be the hands and feet of Jesus to these families. Rocky Peak has already served dozens of children through this program, and our hope is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to even more families in our community through CarePortal.
