Alan Thompson

Hello, my name is Alan. My wife Julie and I have been married for 29 years and have a daughter and 3 sons. I am a San Fernando Valley native and my wife grew up in Managua, Nicaragua. I am a retired law enforcement officer. I am an active person and enjoy working out, hiking, biking, and water skiing. Julie and I have been involved in life groups for many years and have enjoyed hosting and leading groups. As a leader, I want to promote an atmosphere where those who are old, new, or undecided in their faith are comfortable sharing their thoughts and raising questions that stimulate learning and growth. My joy comes from seeing God use life group to bring about transformation in our lives through our shared knowledge and life experiences.

Hi, my name is Julie. I Love all animals especially dogs . I like to go on walks and also like hiking. My husband Alan and I have been married for 30 years and have four children. I love helping the elderly. What I like about life group is that I’m always learning something different, I like how we come together and pray for each other and I like the support we are able to give each other.
