Hi. My name is Cara. I am a teacher, wife, mom, and grandma. I like to travel and eat yummy food. I especially love the mountains. Life group ministry is very close to my heart. I have a desire for the body of Christ to see the spiritual reality of our unity with Him and with each other through reliance on the Holy Spirit.
Joel Vaughn
My name is Joel. I've lived in the SFV since 1986. I enjoy Bible study, family, fellowship, music, science, movies, science fiction, pop culture, etc. Grew up in church and walked away for many years, before being drawn back to faith by God. Very interested in working with my brothers and sisters to mutually advance toward a well-founded and well-rounded faith. I have interests in apologetics and in inner healing ministry, and believe it's important to engage both the head and the heart in spiritual growth.
